Got my Transom window. Just as advertised. One corner was slightly bent, but easily straightened. Packaging was good. Lots of bubble wrap and cardboard corners. Installed easily. ONLY complaint, is I really wanted the J Mount, but supply issues caused out of stock and no idea when new materials would arrive. So, Flush Mt was alternative choice. Still looks great on my new BBQ shed (it's rainy in the Pacific NW).
Ordered two windows from this company. Service was just as stated. Windows came in one day early. I opened box and checked packed well. Will install them later this summer when shed is all complete. I would order from them again.
Great window for the money ...look perfect in the bathroom
I bought two of these windows and knew I was to use screws to mount them. What I didn't expect was having to use so many screws for the installation. I'm not sure why there are so many holes for screws. They seemed like overkill. The windows were good otherwise.
