Used this window as a replacement for a long and narrow natural foundation basement window. The installation was straightforward and simple. The nail stirp along the outside of the casing is easy to remove with Dremel wheel and the glass can be quickly and easily removed from the casing.
The only problem I have with the window is the lack-luster seals on the case side of the window. I don't doubt they'd keep the rain out, but the construction doesn't reflect care or an eye for detail. I'll be monitoring the seals through the window's life and plan to replace them when they eventually give out. Four stars.

Used these windows as transoms above casement windows in a home addition with a fixed window above a french door as well. Really like that these are operable. Well constructed. Company provided good customer service.
