I order the window Sunday night and it arrived at my home by Tuesday afternoon. I wish window installation instructions were included, preferably some simple instructions with pictures. The quality of the vinyl window was pretty good, the caulking between the glass and vinyl could have been better, but it was ok. I was able to apply some caulk on my own after installing the window to cover any missing spots. I will say I love having this window after the old wooden style one I replaced. The window has a slight tint which I like. Overally I think you are getting fast delivery with a very solid product for the price, so the value is excellent here. I would order another windown from Shed Windows and more again.
